A research conducted by Mozilla, using an army of volunteers, showed that the users regret seeing most of the videos YouTube’s AI has recommended. Google has taken steps to confront part of the problematic content in its platform, but according to the study, the percentage of the users who expressed their dissatisfaction is 60% higher in countries that don't speak english as their main language.
